We ship the consumer products listed on prcarterph.shop worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD at checkout before you pay.
1. Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
2. Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
- United States & Canada: 6–10 business days.
- Europe: 4–8 business days.
- Rest of world: 8–15 business days.
Estimates are after dispatch and are not guaranteed; carrier and customs delays can occur.
3. Shipping cost & free shipping
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard worldwide shipping.
4. Tracking
Tracked services include a tracking number sent by email once your parcel is collected. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.
6. Damaged, lost or incorrect parcels
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@prcarterph.shop within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items at no cost to you. If tracking shows a parcel as lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.
7. Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the product value minus the original shipping cost.
8. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
