1. About these terms

The store at prcarterph.shop is operated by P R CARTER HEATING & PLUMBING LTD (Company No. 05066493), registered in England and Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

We sell finished consumer table-linen products and related tabletop accessories as physical goods, shipped to you ready to use. Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour and weave is normal for textile goods.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated.
• An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details. Title to goods passes to you once payment is received in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and your right to return items is set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use
